Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize analytical methods (assay, dissolution, impurities)
- Perform method validation as per ICH guidelines
- Operate instruments such as:
- HPLC
- UPLC
- UV Spectrophotometer
- Dissolution Apparatus
- Support formulation development and scale-up studies
- Handle stability samples and investigations (OOS/OOT)
- Prepare analytical reports and technical documentation
- Ensure data integrity and GDP compliance
- Collaborate with QA, formulation, and cross-functional teams
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of analytical method development & validation
- Hands-on experience with chromatographic techniques
- Understanding of ICH and regulatory guidelines
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good documentation and data integrity practices
- Teamwork and communication skills
Eligibility Criteria
- M.Sc (Analytical Chemistry or relevant field) OR M.Pharm
- 1–2 years of experience in Analytical R&D
- Experience with HPLC, UPLC, UV, Dissolution systems
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Exposure to pharmaceutical product development
- Knowledge of stability studies and investigations
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced R&D environment
