Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage EHS strategy and operations across the site
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health & safety regulations
- Implement and monitor safety policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard analysis
- Drive safety culture and awareness programs
- Manage audits, inspections, and regulatory interactions
- Ensure adherence to pollution control and sustainability standards
- Lead emergency response and fire safety systems
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance
- Experience in chemical / API / pharma manufacturing environments
- Expertise in risk management and safety audits
- Leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of fire safety systems and environmental norms
- Ability to handle regulatory inspections and audits
Eligibility Criteria
- 16–20 years of relevant EHS experience
- Background in Chemical, API, Pharma, Specialty Chemical, or Process Industry
- Mandatory qualification in Environmental Science + Fire & Safety
- Proven experience in senior EHS leadership roles
