Key Responsibilities
- Develop NCE & Generic Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) formulations
- Apply Quality by Design (QbD) principles in product development
- Conduct literature reviews and patent searches
- Execute:
- Development batches
- Pilot batches
- Clinical batches (GMP environment)
- Support technology transfer (TT) to manufacturing
- Prepare technical documents:
- Development reports
- Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs)
- Technology Transfer documents
- Ensure GxP and GMP compliance
- Follow global regulatory guidelines
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of formulation development (OSD)
- Experience in process development & scale-up
- Understanding of QbD concepts
- Familiarity with GMP & GxP documentation
- Knowledge of global regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Technical writing and documentation expertise
Eligibility Criteria
- M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics)
- 2–4 years of experience in formulation development
- Experience in Generic or NCE OSD products
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in technology transfer & scale-up activities
- Strong scientific literature review skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
