Key Responsibilities

As an eLearning Specialist, you will:

  • Design and develop engaging training programs aligned with business goals
  • Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM)
  • Create scenario-based learning content and assessments
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) globally
  • Manage and publish content on Cornerstone LMS
  • Ensure compliance, accessibility, and learner engagement standards
  • Handle multiple L&D projects simultaneously
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick model
  • Support onboarding and capability development initiatives
  • Continuously improve learning programs using feedback

Eligibility Criteria

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–3 years in eLearning content development
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Articulate Rise
    • Articulate Storyline
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles
  • Ability to convert complex SME content into engaging training
  • Strong project management & collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Canva, Figma, Adobe Express
  • Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, Synthesia)
  • Experience in pharma, biotech, CRO, or PV domains
  • Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, LMS integrations
  • Experience with Cornerstone LMS
  • Portfolio of instructional design projects
