Key Responsibilities
As an eLearning Specialist, you will:
- Design and develop engaging training programs aligned with business goals
- Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM)
- Create scenario-based learning content and assessments
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) globally
- Manage and publish content on Cornerstone LMS
- Ensure compliance, accessibility, and learner engagement standards
- Handle multiple L&D projects simultaneously
- Evaluate training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick model
- Support onboarding and capability development initiatives
- Continuously improve learning programs using feedback
Eligibility Criteria
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- 2–3 years in eLearning content development
- Hands-on experience with:
- Articulate Rise
- Articulate Storyline
- Strong English communication skills
- Knowledge of instructional design principles
- Ability to convert complex SME content into engaging training
- Strong project management & collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Canva, Figma, Adobe Express
- Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, Synthesia)
- Experience in pharma, biotech, CRO, or PV domains
- Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, LMS integrations
- Experience with Cornerstone LMS
- Portfolio of instructional design projects
