Role Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing biologics development programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely execution of R&D projects.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in biologics or biotech R&D
- Strong understanding of biologics development processes
- Knowledge of regulatory documentation and compliance
- Hands-on experience with ASANA project management tools
- Strong MS Excel and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Project management certification (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Track project timelines and biologics R&D activities
- Coordinate with development teams for project execution
- Maintain project reports and status updates
- Manage ASANA-based project tracking systems
- Support regulatory documentation (Form 29, CT-11, CT-16)
- Ensure stage-gate documentation readiness
- Coordinate vendor activities and timelines
- Maintain compliance and licensing updates
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
