Educational Qualification
- Master’s Degree in Bioinformatics in any stream of Biological Sciences / Life Sciences
- Minimum 60% marks
Desirable Experience
- Experience in cancer genomics analysis
- Knowledge of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analysis
- Experience with:
- Whole genome/exome sequencing
- Transcriptomics
- Targeted sequencing
- Bioinformatics pipeline development
- Knowledge of:
- Linux
- Scripting
- R Programming
Preference will be given to candidates having minimum 2 years proven experience in academic institutions.
Age Limit
Maximum 40 Years as on interview date.
Salary / Remuneration
₹61,600/- per month

Initially for 6 months or till continuation of the project, whichever is earlier.
