Key Responsibilities
Operations & Maintenance
- Execute daily plant activities as per SOPs & SOCs
- Monitor equipment using LLF (Look, Listen, Feel) technique
- Identify issues in compressors, seals & process equipment
- Perform equipment handover/takeover with:
- Permit to Work (PTW)
- Lockout Tagout (LOTO)
- Collect process samples for lab testing
- Conduct gas testing (LEL & O₂ levels)
Safety & Compliance
- Act as first responder in emergencies
- Participate in Auxiliary Fire Squad
- Conduct tool-box safety talks
- Handle hazardous materials & waste management
- Maintain housekeeping and safety equipment
- Follow global standards:
- IMS
- ISO
- TQM
- PSM
- 5S
