Role & Responsibilities
Selected candidate will be responsible for:
✔ Leading and mentoring a team of 20+ scientists
✔ Managing discovery chemistry projects with high-quality delivery
✔ Providing scientific guidance to global collaborators
✔ Handling project planning and laboratory operations
✔ Supporting cross-functional project execution
✔ Ensuring quality systems, safety and documentation standards
✔ Developing team performance and scientific capabilities
✔ Driving innovation and process improvement
Qualification & Experience
Educational Qualification:
- M.Sc / Ph.D in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry or related field
Experience Required:
- 12+ years of relevant industrial experience
- Experience in contract research environment
- Strong knowledge of synthetic organic chemistry
- Experience managing scientific teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
