Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or Fire & Safety
- Additional qualification in Industrial Safety
- 4–9 years of relevant experience (CRO/Pharma preferred)
Key Skills Required
- Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA, HAZOP, PHA)
- Process Safety Management
- Knowledge of GMP, PESO, and regulatory compliance
- Incident investigation & CAPA management
- Safety audits and inspections
- Leadership and safety training skills
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead HIRA / HAZOP / PHA studies for pharma processes
- Manage process safety systems (reaction safety, hydrogenation, pressure systems)
- Ensure compliance with GMP, PESO, and EHS regulations
- Conduct incident investigations and CAPA closure
- Drive safety culture and awareness programs
- Implement SOPs and engineering safety controls
- Maintain audit readiness and monitor EHS performance
