- Qualification: M.Sc Organic Chemistry
- Role Focus: Lab experiments, pilot plant operations, and documentation
Skills Required
- Expertise in Organic Synthesis & Reaction Chemistry
- Knowledge of Hydrogenation, Chlorination, Polymerization, Cyanation
- Experience in Process Scale-Up & Pilot Plant Operations
- Ability to design Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs)
- Technical documentation (BMRs, SOPs, reports)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Cross-functional coordination and communication
Key Responsibilities
- Develop cyanide-based products and new process routes
- Conduct literature research and lab experiments
- Scale-up processes from lab to commercial production
- Prepare PFDs, technical documents, and specifications
- Handle pilot plant operations and validation
- Manage ETP, safety, and waste management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Present technical data and project updates
