Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily inward & outward inventory operations
- Handle GRN entries, invoicing, and ERP/SAP systems
- Conduct stock verification and reconciliation
- Coordinate with transporters and dispatch teams
- Ensure on-time delivery and shipment tracking
- Optimize transport costs and vehicle utilization
- Maintain MIS reports for inventory and dispatch
- Handle warehouse operations and bulk material movement
- Execute transporter agreements and vendor management
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of inventory & warehouse management
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Good command of MS Excel & reporting tools
- Ability to manage large-scale dispatch operations
- Strong coordination & communication skills
- Experience in logistics planning and vendor handling
