Job Description – Utility Technician
Cosmos Pharma is seeking a skilled professional to manage critical utility systems supporting pharmaceutical production.
Systems You Will Handle:
- 💧 Water Treatment Plant (RO, EDI, UV, Filtration, Softeners)
- 🌬️ Compressed Air Systems (Air Compressors, Dryers, Distribution)
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of RO, EDI, filtration, UV systems, and softeners
- Experience in compressed air systems operation
- Hands-on experience in utilities maintenance and troubleshooting
- Understanding of GMP, ISO 8573 & HSE standards
- Ability to work in rotating shifts
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good teamwork and communication
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor water treatment and compressed air systems
- Perform routine sampling and quality testing
- Conduct preventive maintenance of pumps, filters, pipelines
- Maintain logs and documentation
- Ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards
- Troubleshoot system issues and support improvements
- Ensure uninterrupted supply of utilities for production
