Key Responsibilities
As a Project Coordinator, you will support the project management team throughout the clinical study lifecycle.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in study planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout
- Support database setup and documentation development
- Coordinate equipment logistics and tracking
- Prepare and distribute project reports
- Maintain and archive study documentation
- Organize Project Assurance meetings
- Record meeting minutes and track action items
- Support invoicing and forecasting processes
- Assist in issue tracking and escalation management
- Participate in client meetings and conference calls
- Ensure completion of training documentation
- Handle administrative and operational project tasks
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D
- BSc / MSc (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Clinical Research)
Experience:
- 1–3 years in pharma, CRO, or clinical research industry
- Understanding of drug development process
- Experience in project coordination or study support is an advantage
