Job Overview
- Position: Biology AI Trainer
- Company: MillionLogics
- Work Mode: 100% Remote

- Salary: ₹40 LPA – ₹70 LPA (Performance-Based)
- Work Requirement: Minimum 4 hours/day (Up to 40 hrs/week)
- Time Zone: Partial overlap with PST
Eligibility Criteria
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in:
- Biology
- Biotechnology
- Biochemistry
- Life Sciences
Preferred:
- PhD / Postdoctoral researchers
- Ongoing PhD scholars
Key Responsibilities
- Design biology-based questions to evaluate AI models
- Create step-by-step scientific solutions
- Analyze AI-generated outputs and identify errors
- Build evaluation benchmarks (UG to PhD level)
- Collaborate with AI/ML research teams
- Simplify complex biological concepts
- Provide structured feedback for model improvement
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of biological sciences & research methods
