Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate degree in:
- Mathematics / Science / Engineering or related fields
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. will be preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the education sector

- Experience working with schools, educators, and education departments
- Ability to collaborate with government and community stakeholders
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Good communication in Assamese and English
- Experience in training, mentoring, and academic program delivery
- Willingness to travel within project districts
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee implementation of academic programs and curriculum
- Ensure activities align with project timelines and objectives
- Support development and continuous improvement of learning materials
- Coordinate with SCERT, DIETs, and education stakeholders
- Conduct and facilitate teacher training programs
- Monitor program performance and ensure quality delivery
