Role Overview
As a Launch Lead, you will drive launch strategy, execution, and early market performance for a respiratory therapy. You will translate global strategy into a localized Finland launch plan, ensuring strong market access and adoption.
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant field
- Extensive experience in biopharma product launches
- Strong knowledge of market access & payer systems (Nordics preferred)
- Experience in brand management & commercialization
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution skills
- Ability to translate clinical data into value propositions
- Fluent English (Finnish preferred)
