Key Skills Required
- Hands-on experience in:
- Blister Packing Machines (BPM)
- Cartoning Machines (HV1/PMM)
- Knowledge of:
- Line clearance & changeover
- Batch documentation
- Packaging compliance
- Familiarity with:
- cGMP, GDP, EHS, SOP, Data Integrity
- Basic computer and communication skills
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving ability
Key Responsibilities
- Execute primary & secondary packaging operations
- Operate and monitor blister & cartoning machines
- Ensure proper line clearance and batch changeover
- Maintain batch records and equipment logs
- Perform in-process quality checks
- Follow strict GMP and safety guidelines
- Report any deviation or breakdowns
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
