- Experience in cell culture and clone development
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities
- Lead biosimilar projects from development to commercialization
- Manage upstream and downstream process development
- Oversee cell culture, clone selection, and bioreactor studies
- Purify proteins using chromatography techniques
- Perform TFF and analytical characterization
- Conduct protein analysis and peptide mapping
- Support technology transfer and regulatory documentation
- Supervise team operations and ensure compliance
