Key Responsibilities
- Maintain project documentation and technical records
- Perform quality checks on data and deliverables
- Support daily clinical trial operations
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines
- Review and validate clinical and laboratory requests
- Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders
- Manage internal and external communication
- Escalate issues and track service quality
- Generate and review reports from internal systems
- Assist project managers and sponsors
Required Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy / Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Microbiology or related field
✔ 0–2 years of experience (freshers can apply)
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔ High attention to detail
✔ Ability to multitask and work in teams
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to clinical trials or CRO environment
- Knowledge of GCP / GLP guidelines
- Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
