Role Overview

Research Assistant II

Qualification: B.Sc or equivalent in Biology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Epidemiology, or related field
Experience: Minimum 1.5 years in systematic literature reviews
Work Mode: Hybrid / Remote flexibility

Skills & Requirements

Strong expertise in EndNote and DistillerSR tools
Excellent communication and scientific writing skills
Ability to analyze and synthesize complex medical data
Experience with PICOS framework and PRISMA guidelines
Knowledge of risk of bias and data validation techniques
Good multitasking and time management skills

Key Responsibilities

Conduct systematic literature reviews and evidence synthesis
Develop research protocols and define inclusion/exclusion criteria
Perform abstract and full-text screening using DistillerSR
Handle data extraction, validation, and quality checks
Create PRISMA flow diagrams and research outputs
Support manuscript, abstract, and poster development
Participate in client discussions and internal knowledge sharing
