Eligibility Criteria
✅ Education:
Graduates in Life Sciences / Medical Sciences (B.Sc, M.Sc, Nursing, Pharmacy, BDS, etc.)
✅ Experience:1-6 years in Same-Day Surgery coding (Ambulatory Surgery, Outpatient Procedures)
✅ Certification:CPC/COC preferred (Certified Professional Coder / Certified Outpatient Coder)
Key Responsibilities
✔ Assign ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS codes for same-day surgeries
✔ Review patient charts, lab reports, physician notes
✔ Ensure HIPAA & Medicare/Medicaid compliance
✔ Conduct quality audits (QA role) & maintain reports
✔ Meet productivity & accuracy SLAs
Skills Required
✔ Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology
✔ Expertise in ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS coding
✔ Analytical skills for complex medical records review
✔ Attention to detail & HIPAA compliance awareness
✔ Good communication & teamwork
