Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced EHS Head to lead our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Department. This role is critical in ensuring compliance, safety, and sustainability in our API bulk drug manufacturing facility.
Required Qualifications & Experience
✅ Education: B.Tech in Chemical Engineering / Any Postgraduate Degree
✅ Experience: 15+ years in Pharma API Bulk Drug industry
✅ Designation: Manager / Senior Manager
Key Responsibilities
✔ Oversee and manage the entire EHS department.
✔ Conduct plant safety inspections and audits.
✔ Identify unsafe conditions and acts, implementing corrective measures.
✔ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and monitor adherence.
✔ Implement work permit systems and plant safety protocols.
✔ Manage PESO license renewals, amendments, and underground storage tank registrations.
✔ Ensure compliance with state factory regulations and submit required reports.
