Job Opening: Procurement (R&D) – Sr. Manager / Chief Manager

Experience: Significant experience in Pharma R&D Procurement
Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier Development – Identify & qualify vendors for raw materials, intermediates, lab consumables, and equipment.
- Regulatory Compliance – Ensure suppliers meet GMP, USFDA, and other regulatory standards.
- Cost Optimization – Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply agreements for R&D and CRAMS projects.
- Risk Management – Implement dual-sourcing strategies and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Cross-functional Collaboration – Work with R&D, Analytical, and Regulatory teams to align procurement with project timelines.
- Pilot-to-Commercial Scale Support – Procure materials for lab-scale to commercial transition.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong background in pharmaceutical procurement, especially in R&D/NPD/CRAMS.
Experience in supplier audits, contract negotiations, and regulatory compliance.
Knowledge of GMP, USFDA, and ICH guidelines.
Strategic thinker with risk assessment and mitigation skills.
