🎓 Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. (Mechanical/Electrical preferred)
💼 Experience: 15-20 years (BOPET Films/Dornier Lines experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop and implement best-in-class maintenance strategies
✔ Lead Capex projects from planning to execution
✔ Optimize plant equipment performance and uptime
✔ Manage R&M budgets and cost optimization
✔ Ensure process safety compliance (PSSR, MI, MOC)
✔ Drive energy efficiency initiatives
✔ Oversee lubrication systems and preventive maintenance
Ideal Candidate Profile
Extensive experience in BOPET films manufacturing (Dornier lines preferred)
Strong background in plant maintenance leadership
Expertise in Capex project management
Knowledge of process safety standards
Proven track record in cost optimization
