Job Overview: Senior Executive / Executive – MS&T (OSD/Injectable)
Location:
Formulation Manufacturing Units near Vadodara, Gujarat
Experience Required:
2–8 Years in technology transfer and formulation development
Qualification:
B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics or Pharmaceutical Technology)
Role Type:
On-site
Key Responsibilities:
Execute technology transfers for oral solids and injectable formulations.
Lead process optimization and scale-up activities to ensure product efficiency.
Prepare batch protocols, process records, and validation documents.
Review Critical Process Parameters (CPPs) and Critical Quality Attributes (CQAs).
Evaluate annual product reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure regulatory compliance and process robustness.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong understanding of MS&T principles and GMP environments.
Proficiency in technology transfer documentation and scale-up execution.
Hands-on experience with lyophilization, formulation optimization, and process validation.
Knowledge of QbD principles, CPPs, and CQAs.
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
