Position: Shirt Incharge/ Executive Production
Qualification: BE/BTech in Chemical Engineering
Experience: years in chemical industries, preferably in Agrochemical/Bulk drug sectors
Skills: Job knowledge and safety awareness
Job Responsibilities:
Administration and Discipline: Maintain a disciplined and efficient working environment on the production floor.
Production Targets: Achieve targeted production with minimal downtime and ensure product and packaging quality.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to standard operating procedures, safety practices, and environmental standards to prevent misoperation and unsafe practices.
Coordination: Work closely with service departments for prompt and effective execution.
Health and Safety: Ensure the health and safety of personnel and machinery on the floor.
Environment: Maintain a conducive working environment, free from odour and pollution.
Financial Responsibilities:
Minimize material loss due to misoperation.
Prevent productivity loss due to negligence.
People Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth shift transitions with high productivity and safety levels.
Encourage participation in the suggestion scheme.
