Technical Skills Required:
Production/QC: Hands-on experience with API manufacturing, intermediate synthesis, clean room operations, HPLC/GC analysis, and documentation.
Engineering: Proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting critical utility systems like HVAC for controlled environments, and managing electrical systems and preventive maintenance schedules.
Compliance: Mandatory knowledge of GMP compliance, documentation standards, and investigation protocols is expected for all roles.
Primary Responsibilities:
Execute and monitor API synthesis batches.
Conduct stringent analytical testing for raw materials and finished products.
Maintain accurate documentation and support regulatory audits.
Ensure operational continuity through efficient mechanical and electrical maintenance.
