Experience : 5 to 15 years in a CRO-reputed pharmaceutical company with synthesis experience.
Qualifications: PhD & Post Doctorate
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of chemists.
Prepare weekly updates for ongoing projects and communicate with clients.
Synthesize, purify, and characterize novel chemical compounds.
Conduct literature searches for synthetic routes of compounds.
Coordinate with analytical laboratories and other cross-functional departments.
Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and laboratory safety standards.
Participate in SOP training and departmental training sessions.
Manage laboratory resources, including solvents, standards, and reagents.
Deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
