Open Roles & Departmental Requirements
The company is looking for Operators with 2–6 years of mandatory experience in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) formulations.
1. Manufacturing & Processing
Granulation: Handling Rapid Mixer Granulators (RMG) and Fluid Bed Dryers (FBD).
Wurster Coating: Experience in pellet coating and multi-particulate systems.
Compression: Operating high-speed rotary compression machines (Korsch, Cadmach, Fette).
Coating: Operating auto-coaters (Neocota, Gansons) for film and enteric coating.
Capsule Filling: Experience with AF90T or similar automatic capsule filling machines.
2. Packing & Inspection
Bottle Packing: Handling automated counting and desiccant insertion lines.
Blister Packing: Operating Alu-Alu or PVC-PVDC blister machines (BQS, Elmach).
Inspection: Manual and automated visual inspection of tablets/capsules.
