Job Overview: Safety Science Coordinator I
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in processing Expedited Safety Reports (ESRs) & Periodic Safety Reports (PSRs)
Track and document adverse events (AEs) & serious adverse events (SAEs)
Support MedDRA coding & narrative writing for safety reports
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines & company SOPs
Collaborate with global safety science teams
Eligibility Criteria
Education & Experience:
Non-degree holders: 1–2 years of relevant experience
Associate degree: 6 months–1 year of experience
Bachelor’s (BS/BA), Master’s (MS/MA), or PharmD: 0–1 year in safety science, clinical data, or regulatory affairs
Preferred fields: Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Sciences
Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication (English + local language)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & safety databases
