Key Responsibilities
Conduct site monitoring (pre-study, initiation, routine, close-out) per ICH-GCP and Fortrea SOPs.
Ensure data integrity via 100% source data verification (SDV) and query resolution.
Manage investigational product (IP) accountability and regulatory compliance.
Submit timely monitoring reports via CTMS and maintain audit-ready eTMFs.
Track SAEs and support investigator recruitment/training.
Serve as Lead CRA or Local Project Coordinator when required.
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Haves:
🎓 Degree/Certification: Life sciences, nursing, or allied health fields (or equivalent exp).
💼 Experience: 3+ years in clinical monitoring, including oncology trials.
📊 Technical Skills:
Proficiency in eCRF, CTMS, eClinical tools.
Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, SAE reporting, and local regulations.
🔍 Soft Skills:Independent, detail-oriented, and excellent communicator.
Fluent in English (written/spoken).
Preferred:
Phase I trial experience.
Familiarity with USFDA/EMA-regulated studies.
