Job Responsibilities
Conduct process development & lab experiments for APIs/intermediates
Support technology transfer & pilot plant batch execution
Prepare development reports, feasibility studies, and DMF filings
Perform impurity profiling (ICH guidelines) & analytical testing (HPLC, GC)
Troubleshoot process issues & ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications & Skills
Education: M.Sc (Organic/Analytical Chemistry) / M.Pharm
Experience: 2-5 years in pharmaceutical R&D (API process development preferred)
Key Skills:
Process optimization & lab/pilot plant operations
Knowledge of USFDA/ICH guidelines
Analytical techniques (HPLC, GC) & impurity management
Strong documentation & teamwork abilities
