5–10 years in the API manufacturing or pharma industry
Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA / CMA

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze standard and actual product costs.
Execute cost optimization projects for improved efficiency.
Perform fund management and MIS reporting through SAP.
Conduct variance analysis for production and material data.
Ensure compliance with IAS, CAS, and cost audit regulations.
Lead audit support activities (statutory, tax, and internal).
Customize SAP reports for strategic financial planning.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong proficiency in SAP and costing modules.
Deep knowledge of API costing, budgeting, and cost audit norms.
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
Solid understanding of finance compliance and MIS systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
