Argenx Joins NBC Health Marketing Platform to Launch CIDP Reality Series
Argenx has teamed up with NBCUniversal Local and Digital Health Networks (DHN) as an early partner in their new healthcare marketing initiative, Care Collective. This platform focuses on producing engaging health-related content, including documentaries, short films, unscripted series, and interactive features.
One of the first projects under this collaboration is “Rare, Well Done,” a reality series highlighting the lives of individuals with chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP). The show follows a makeover-style format, where each episode features a CIDP patient receiving support from a “Thrive Team” of experts to improve mobility and emotional well-being.
Hosted on Argenx’s “Shining Through CIDP” campaign website, the series aligns with the company’s broader efforts to raise awareness about CIDP. This initiative follows the FDA approval of Vyvgart Hytrulo for CIDP in June 2023, expanding its use beyond generalized myasthenia gravis. Since then, Argenx has seen strong sales growth and launched a branded campaign to further support CIDP patients.
By combining NBC’s media reach with DHN’s storytelling expertise, Care Collective aims to deliver impactful health narratives while supporting patient education and engagement. Other partners include Avalere Health and Sermo, reinforcing the platform’s role in innovative healthcare marketing.
