Job Responsibilities
1. Critical Patient Management
✔ Monitor & treat critically ill patients in ICU
✔ Assist in ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring
2. Clinical Procedures
✔ Perform bedside interventions (central lines, intubations)
✔ Interpret ABG, ECG, imaging reports
3. Team Collaboration
✔ Work with senior consultants & nurses
✔ Participate in case discussions & rounds
4. Documentation & Communication
✔ Maintain accurate medical records
✔ Counsel patient families with empathy
