🔬 Key Responsibilities
For Analytical R&D (ARD):
Conduct HPLC/GC analysis and instrument calibration
Perform method validation (AMV) and method transfer (AMT)
Draft test reports and validation protocols under GLP standards
For Chemical R&D (CRD):
Lead route of synthesis (ROS) and exploratory synthesis
Execute process optimization and tech transfer
Maintain meticulous lab records and ensure regulatory compliance
🧠 Required Skills
Proficiency in HPLC, GC, and analytical instrumentation
Sound understanding of GLP, AMV, and AMT practices
Expertise in synthetic organic chemistry and literature research
Strong documentation and data interpretation abilities
