Position: Frontline Engineer – Instrumentation CAP
Location: Vilayat, Bharuch
Experience: 5-9 years
Education: B.E/B.Tech in Instrumentation
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plant Maintenance: Conduct preventive maintenance, shutdown, and predictive maintenance. Identify and correct abnormalities in the system. Implement PM activities and coordinate with process plants.
2. Cost Control & Improvements: Execute cost reduction and process improvement plans within budget.
3. Reports and Documentation: Prepare and update all relevant reports and systems. Ensure document updates as per ISO standards.
4. System Management (Safety, Sustainability & WCM): Implement IMS 9001, 14001, 50001, SA 8000, OHSAS 18001 & WCM practices. Manage emergency situations and calibrate monitoring systems.
5. People Development: Foster a positive work culture through effective communication with all staff.
