Role Summary
This is a senior Quality Control role responsible for ensuring ALCOA++ data integrity compliance, GxP adherence, and analytical excellence.
You will lead QC activities, review analytical data, manage compliance systems, and support audits and investigations.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of ALCOA++ principles
- Expertise in GxP compliance and QC systems
- Experience with chromatographic data review & audit trails
- Hands-on exposure to HPLC/GC and QC software systems
- Knowledge of OOS, OOT, deviations, CAPA
- SOP documentation and laboratory management skills
- Experience in analyst training and audit handling
Key Responsibilities
- Review analytical raw data for ALCOA++ compliance
- Perform same-day audit trail and data verification
- Manage chromatographic methods and sequences
- Review instrument calibration, qualification & maintenance
- Handle OOS, deviations, incidents, and CAPA
- Prepare and review SOPs, COAs, STPs, and specifications
- Ensure laboratory safety and compliance standards
- Train and qualify QC analysts
- Support audits and regulatory inspections
