Role Overview
As a Trainee in the R&D department, you will support laboratory experiments, assist in chemical synthesis, and contribute to process development activities under expert guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in chemical reactions and synthesis work
- Maintain laboratory records and documentation
- Support scale-up activities in plant operations
- Interpret analytical results (HPLC/GC) with guidance
- Handle and maintain lab instruments and equipment
- Ensure calibration of instruments
- Follow cGMP and GLP guidelines
- Contribute to process improvements and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Prepare weekly reports and project updates
- Maintain a safe and compliant lab environment
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have:
- M.Sc in Chemistry or Organic Chemistry
