- Preventive & breakdown maintenance
- Handle equipment like FBD, RMG, compression & coating machines
- Ensure smooth operation of production & packing machinery
Packing (OSD) – Executive / Sr. Executive
- Experience: 2–8 Years
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and troubleshoot FFS, cartoning, palletizing systems
- Maintain PLC/HMI, robotics & inspection systems
- Ensure efficient packaging operations
Production (OSD & Liquid) – Executive
- Experience: 2–8 Years
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage granulation, compression, coating, capsule & liquid manufacturing
- Prepare and review BMR/BPR documents
- Ensure GMP compliance and production efficiency
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of OSD manufacturing & packaging systems
- Experience in pharma/FMCG production environments
- Understanding of GMP, SOP, and documentation
- Troubleshooting and maintenance expertise
