Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate plant equipment as per SOPs
- Perform field inspections (Look, Listen & Feel)
- Support process monitoring and troubleshooting

- Collect samples and perform gas testing (LEL, O₂)
- Maintain logs, records, and operational documentation
- Ensure housekeeping, safety compliance, and waste management
- Act as a first responder during emergencies
- Support fire safety and auxiliary emergency teams
- Monitor compressors, lubrication systems, and valves
- Participate in risk assessments and toolbox talks
Mechanical Exposure in This Role
Although the role is for Chemical Diploma holders, it includes strong mechanical plant exposure, such as:
- Equipment maintenance and health monitoring
- Understanding rotary equipment (pumps, compressors)
