Job Overview
- Position: Pharmacovigilance Coordinator
- Company: ProPharma

- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D / BSc / MSc / Life Sciences
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Work Model: Remote / Hybrid
- Locations: India (also Croatia & Serbia)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pharmacovigilance mailboxes and client communication
- Perform duplicate checks and case book-in activities
- Screen and redact documents containing PHI (Protected Health Information)
- Support literature surveillance activities
- Conduct initial triage of regulatory database searches
- Enter safety data into PV databases
- Process adverse event (AE) reports
- Maintain accurate case documentation
- Support end-to-end safety case processing
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Pharmacy / Life Sciences / Healthcare
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer proficiency
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Preferred Skills
- Pharmacovigilance (PV) knowledge
- Adverse Event (AE) reporting
- Safety database management
- Case processing workflows
- Literature review and signal detection basics
- Regulatory awareness
Experience Requirements
- Preferred: Minimum 1 year in pharmacovigilance or pharma industry
- Freshers with strong PV knowledge may also be considered
Estimated Salary
₹4.5 LPA – ₹7.5 LPA (based on experience and location)
