Simson Pharma is hiring talented Organic Chemistry professionals for its Synthesis R&D team. The role involves:
- Multi-step organic synthesis
- Compound purification
- Analytical characterization
- Support for API and formulation development
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of organic reactions & synthesis
- Experience in purification techniques:
- Crystallization
- Column Chromatography
- Flash Chromatography
- Ability to interpret analytical data:
- Mass
- IR
- NMR
- Hands-on lab experience (mg to gram scale)
- Good documentation & teamwork skills
