Key Responsibilities
- Operate Injection Moulding & Injection Blow Moulding machines
- Set and optimize machine parameters
- Perform production planning & manpower handling
- Conduct:
- Printing
- Assembly
- Vision inspection
- Quality checks
- Maintain BMR documentation & line clearance
- Monitor machine performance & production efficiency
- Ensure GMP compliance and SOP adherence
- Perform quality inspection and rejection control
- Report deviations and support corrective actions
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
- ITI – Fitter
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience
- Freshers can apply
- Up to 6 years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of plastic/injection moulding processes
- Basic understanding of GMP & pharma manufacturing
- Machine operation and troubleshooting skills
- Documentation and quality compliance knowledge
