Role Description
Virchow Biotech is expanding its Injection Moulding manufacturing operations and hiring skilled professionals for:
- Production operations
- Quality control and assurance
- Process monitoring in medical device manufacturing
Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of injection moulding machine operations
- Understanding of process parameters & production planning
- Experience in plastic moulding processes
- Familiarity with GMP & SOP compliance
- Quality inspection and rejection control
- Documentation and record maintenance skills
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Good communication and teamwork
Key Responsibilities
- Set and adjust injection moulding machine parameters
- Execute production planning and manpower handling
- Perform line clearance and GMP compliance activities
- Maintain BMR documentation
- Conduct quality inspections and process monitoring
- Operate vision inspection systems
- Report and resolve production issues
- Support assembly and printing operations
