Key Skills Required

Articulate Rise & Storyline (must-have)
Instructional Design Models (ADDIE, SAM)
Adult Learning Principles
Strong English Communication
Content Structuring & Storyboarding
LMS Knowledge (Cornerstone preferred)
Canva or similar design tools

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and develop interactive eLearning modules and assessments
Convert SME inputs into engaging training content
Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders
Publish and manage courses on Cornerstone LMS
Create job aids, presentations, and multimedia assets
Evaluate training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick model
Support onboarding and capability-building initiatives
Manage multiple training projects and deadlines
Continuously improve learning programs

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should have:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
2–3 years of experience in instructional design/eLearning
Strong hands-on experience with Articulate tools
Excellent communication and content development skills

Experience in Pharma, Biotech, PV, or CRO is preferred but not mandatory.
