CRD Research Associate: Responsibilities and Skills
Conduct organic and multi-step synthesis for drug development.
Handle reactions from milligram to gram scale.
Apply isolation, separation, and purification techniques.
Characterize organic molecules using NMR, IR, LCMS, and HPLC.
Demonstrate strong work ethics and a positive attitude.
Mandatory: Prior CRO experience.
FAD Research Associate: Responsibilities and Skills
Perform assay, dissolution, and analytical method development for tablets, capsules, and oral solutions.
Conduct ICH stability testing and method validations per ICH/USP/BP guidelines.
Operate Water HPLC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, and KF Auto Titrator.
Prepare reports, protocols, STPs, and SOPs.
Utilize chromatographic software like Empower.
Ensure GLP compliance and data integrity.
