Key Responsibilities
As a Product Support Associate, you will:
- Prepare and send quotations using Excel/tools
- Update pricing as per product category and policies
- Maintain quotation database and follow up with clients
- Identify new business prospects and customers
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
- Prepare purchase orders and commercial documents
- Handle tender documentation and contracts
- Manage customs clearance paperwork
- Organize scientific workshops and meetings
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support
- Conduct customer training and product discussions
- Collaborate with sales teams for business growth
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Master’s Degree (M.Sc) in Biotechnology
