- BE Chemical Engineering (Preferred)
OR - MSc Chemistry / Environmental Science + PDIS (Mandatory)
✔ Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety (PDIS) required for MSc candidates
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments & hazard identification
- Ensure compliance with safety laws & regulations
- Perform safety audits and inspections
- Investigate incidents and accidents
- Develop corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
- Lead employee safety training programs
- Promote a strong safety culture
- Manage safety equipment & PPE compliance
- Plan and conduct emergency drills
- Maintain safety records & documentation
- Coordinate with shift supervisors & emergency teams
