Key Responsibilities
✔ Assist in site setup, regulatory submissions, and ethics committee approvals.
✔ Coordinate with investigators, hospitals, and sponsors for smooth trial execution.
✔ Support patient recruitment, retention, and follow-up activities.
✔ Ensure GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
✔ Maintain accurate trial documentation and assist in data management.
✔ Conduct training sessions for site staff as needed.
Key Requirements
✔ Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related fields.
✔ Experience: 1-3 years in clinical research/SMO/CRO (freshers with internships may apply).
✔ Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical trial processes.
✔ Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
✔ Ability to collaborate with hospitals, investigators, and research teams.
