Key Responsibilities
✔ Conduct literature reviews & lab experiments for formulation development.
✔ Assist in new product development, process optimization, and stability studies.
✔ Maintain detailed documentation of formulations, trials, and test results.
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Production, and Research).
Key Requirements
✔ Education: M.Pharm / M.Sc. (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field).
✔ Experience: 0-2 years in R&D Formulation (freshers eligible).
✔ Skills:
Strong knowledge of dosage forms & lab techniques.
Analytical & problem-solving mindset.
Excellent teamwork & communication skills.
